Eco Printing with Botanicals - Friday 26th September 10am-3pm

This workshop will be held at Mrs I’s home, working from a marquee in the garden. You will be given the address at the time of booking but it is only a two minute drive away from the shop. Please dress for the weather and bring a packed lunch. Tea, coffee and cake will be available during the day. 

Our tutor for the day is Sarah from Cloth Botanicals, a textile tutor. 

Think Forest Schools meets textile art work for this exciting workshop! 

During this full-day workshop, we will explore the magic of ecoprinting and Hapa Zome. Using a variety of leaves and flowers, you will create beautifully botanical printed papers and two unique silk scarves. Along the way, we will learn about which plants yield the most vibrant prints and explore the creative potential of natural pigments through the Hapa Zome technique.
